Ninarry Return and Exchange Policy

At Ninarry, our commitment to exceptional designs and proven reliability is the cornerstone of our success. Our quality assurance team ensures that every product is thoroughly checked before packaging and shipping, guaranteeing the highest quality. To ensure a perfect fit, please confirm your size before purchase (a size chart is provided under each item).

Not Satisfied with Your Purchase?

If you're not completely happy with your items, exchanging them or getting a refund is straightforward. Simply email us at contact@ninarry.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Easy Exchanges:

Is your order the wrong size? We are pleased to offer you the option to return your order for a store credit, allowing you to place a new order immediately.

Refunds:

​When you place an order, you accept our terms and conditions and cannot contest them.

 

Packaging Requirements:

The received items must be unused, in absolutely new condition, and in their original packaging.

 

How to process your return or exchange:

​

Step 1: Pack the goods. Place your items (in unworn condition),  the invoice and return voucher in a well-sealed shipping package

 

Step 2: Send it to the address provided via return voucher

 

Step 3: Make sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on the package.

 

Step 4: Send the package with tracking code. Note the tracking number so you can track the package.

 

Please allow 5 business days for the package to be shipped and an additional 5-7 business days for processing after receipt at our processing center.

 

Step 5: We will send you an email once we have processed your return or exchange.

 

Please Note: We strongly recommend insuring your package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We do not refund orders sent back after the 14-day withdrawal period.

Hygiene policy


Our strict hygiene policy means returned products cannot be resold. Returned items are systematically recycled or donated in rare cases. This ensures high-quality products and excellent service, with the assurance that you always receive new items.
